Updated: Jul 31, 2019
On Saturday 27th July 2019, the Kampala woman Member of Parliament honorable Naggayi Nabilah Naggayi Sempala set her compass heading at the Wankulukuku play ground for the Airtel Rising Stars under 17 finals.
The Arms Around Africa Foundation Executive Director, meant to honor the cordial invite from the Airtel Rising Stars management, to officiate the hand over ceremony of the trophy to the winning side and fill the sit as the chief guest for this event.

This was the final game of the tournament that seemingly looked even on paper and intense in play, between Kawempe muslim and Kampala junior team (KJT) where Kawempe muslim triumphed as champions after a 5-4 win in penalty shoot outs, leaving the KJT side flayed after a hard trudge.
It was at the climax of this tournament, in the interval of crowning the merged winners, that honorable Nabilah thanked Airtel for its commitment to the football in Uganda, and emphasized leaders to being champions for successful football careers amongst Ugandan youths, for this cause is meant to elevate the inspirations of young capable and talented individuals.
She in this case laid an example to spear head the call by administering her effort in continuing to run the arms around Africa foundation. A non government organization set to lay platforms to those who seem not to find one there after living an amazing life, thus a faster route of intersecting with development as we seem to admire from the outside world.
